Marketing Proposal Coordinator

Position Overview

A Marketing Proposal Coordinator role supporting business development and brand initiatives within a multidisciplinary design and engineering environment. This position focuses on proposal development, marketing communications, and collaboration with technical teams to create compelling client-facing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality, compliant responses to RFPs/RFQs and support interview/shortlist presentations
• Conduct research, gather insights from subject matter experts, and develop persuasive written content
• Update project profiles, staff resumes, and proposal materials within internal databases/CRM systems
• Assist in creating award submissions, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing collateral
• Support conference coordination, website updates, and social media initiatives
• Monitor procurement opportunities and assist with lead generation efforts
• Provide additional marketing and communications support as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proposal writing and technical writing background
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Experience with proposal/CRM databases is a plus
• Collaborative, creative, and detail-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industries is strongly preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
• Equivalent extensive relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree
