The Student Outreach and Development team, as co-lead by the Marketing Specialist and Student Development Specialist, is focused on promoting Guzool as an exceptional place to work and building a robust and diverse pipeline of outstanding student candidates through the use of a targeted marketing campaign and realigned strategy /goals of the organization. Through the leadership of the Marketing Specialist, (s)he and the Student Outreach & Development Team will be "cultivating the next generation of global staffing talent, planning for our continued growth, building campus relationship programs” (i.e.: Brand Ambassadors/Campus Ambassadors, Internships, etc) and the relationships with program participants. As a leader and visionary of Guzool you have an eye on the organization's short and long term growth needs and the pulse of the broader market. You are scrappy and resourceful, creative and driven -- and excited to empower the future ahead through your time at Guzool.

Responsibilities:

  Research marketing campaign

  
  


• 
  

  Have the strategy and plan for Guzool’s market leading startup

  
  


• 
  

  Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in radio, television, leaflets, poster, and websites

  
  


• 
  

  Devise engaging content for all community platform, including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter

  
  


• 
  

  Outreach bloggers, building relationships with existing and new bloggers and other influencers

  
  


• 
  

  Measure and analysis engagement and effectiveness of marketing campaign

  
  


• 
  

  Create innovative emails and CRM campaign to drive retention and the acquisition of new customers

  
  


• 
  

  Liaise with campus ambassador and programmer

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  B.S. degree in business, marketing, public relation, communication, or a related field

  
  


• 
  

  3+ years of marketing, social media or public relation work experience

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent verbal and writing skills

  
  


• 
  

  Strong familiarities with marketing best practices

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work with cross-functional team

  
  


• 
  

  Understanding of social media universe, including Youtube, twitter, Flickr, google+, Facebook, blogs and LinkedIn.
