MARKETING ASSISTANT

• Essential Functions:
  
  
  
  • Assist Marketing Manager with marketing activities including traditional, digital, and social media plans
    
  
  
  • Develop and execute marketing plans in conjunction with manufacturer funding, resources, and goals
  
  
  • Manage social media channels including content creation and analytical reporting
  
  
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Marketing Manager or General Manager
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in marketing, social media, or communications; or 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Background in agriculture preferred


• Comfortable being in front and behind camera


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud products preferred, not required


• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications preferred, not required


• Dependable, punctual, and career-oriented


• Maintain a professional appearance


• Ability to sit, stand, climb, lift 50 lbs., grasp, reach, stoop, and crouch, speak, listen and motor coordination skills


• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check


• Reliable source of transportation
