What You’ll Do

• Tell the Goodwill story by creating engaging content that highlights our mission, programs, services, employees, and the people we serve.


• Manage digital marketing across social media, online platforms, and other digital channels, ensuring content is visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for search and engagement.


• Create marketing materials including store signage, promotional displays, branded uniforms, vehicle wraps, and other organization-wide materials.


• Coordinate marketing requests from internal teams, managing signage and messaging orders from creation through delivery and tracking.


• Strengthen brand recognition by developing creative concepts, promotions, and campaigns that support Goodwill’s reputation and organizational goals.


• Collaborate across departments to coordinate communications projects, gather information, and ensure consistent messaging.


• Stay current with digital marketing practices, emerging trends, and opportunities to improve content and outreach.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling content for different audiences.


• Advanced digital literacy and comfort managing online platforms and digital communications.


• Experience using graphic design or creative software.


• Strong attention to detail, organization, and project coordination.


• Creativity and the ability to develop fresh ideas that support brand awareness and engagement.


• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.


• A collaborative approach and commitment to Goodwill’s mission, culture, and continuous improvement.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.


• Four-year degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.


• Experience in nonprofit marketing or community outreach preferred.


• Experience creating digital content, marketing materials, or promotional campaigns is a plus.

Work Environment

• Primarily office-based in a climate-controlled environment.


• Occasional exposure to dust, lint, and other irritants associated with donated goods.


• Occasional outdoor work and exposure to weather conditions.


• Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage short deadlines, and balance multiple priorities.
