Job Description - Marketplace Support Specialist - PA
Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid after 90 days) $19 – $21 an hour Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Day Shift
Job Overview
We are looking for a Marketplace Support Specialist to join our team in Harrisburg, PA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and working with automotive products. You will support our growing online marketplaces (including eBay and Amazon) by assisting customers, managing listings, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via email and messaging (50–75% of daily work)
Answer questions related to orders, shipping, returns, and product details
Manage and update product listings on eBay, Amazon, and other platforms
Monitor inventory levels and marketplace activity
Process returns and resolve shipping issues
Partner with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment
Troubleshoot listing errors, order issues, and customer concerns
Monitor customer feedback and maintain high service standards
Qualifications
1–2 years of customer service, eCommerce, or marketplace experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple systems simultaneously
Experience with Microsoft Office, Zendesk, InOrder, or other inventory management systems preferred
Automotive knowledge or interest is a plus
High school diploma or GED required
Work Environment & Schedule
Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week in-office after 90 days
Monday through Friday, daytime hours
Office environment with occasional collaboration with warehouse/shipping teams
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
