Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and oversee marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate will lead marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, manage digital and traditional marketing activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.


• Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.


• Manage brand positioning, messaging, and market presence.


• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior studies.


• Lead demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer acquisition initiatives.


• Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.


• Collaborate with sales teams to support revenue generation and lead conversion objectives.


• Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives based on analytics and KPIs.


• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.


• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and external partners for campaign execution.


• Develop marketing collateral, presentations, case studies, and promotional materials.


• Organize events, webinars, trade shows, and product launches.


• Track industry trends and identify new marketing opportunities.


• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.


• 5–8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing.


• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.


• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.


• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.


• Excellent analytical and project management skills.


• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing or Business Management.


• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Advertising, or Digital Marketing.


• Experience managing B2B and/or B2C marketing functions.


• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.


• Experience using analytics and reporting tools.
