Sage Spa, located at Twin Peaks Lodge & Hot Springs in the heart of the San Juan Mountains, is seeking a professional and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing spa team.

Whether you are looking for the flexibility of an independent contractor position or the stability of employee status, we offer both 1099 and W-4 opportunities.

Position Details

• 50% Commission Pay


• Flexible scheduling


• W-4 Employee or 1099 Independent Contractor options available

Requirements

• Current Colorado Massage Therapist License through Colorado DORA


• Current professional liability insurance


• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Ability to provide a variety of massage modalities


• Professional appearance and demeanor


• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a resort or spa setting


• Knowledge of therapeutic, deep tissue, or specialty massage techniques


• Ability to build and maintain a loyal client base
