• $38–$55+ per hour (based on mastery & leadership)

EQUIPMENT & SYSTEMS

• Heavy-duty diesel trucks & equipment
• Advanced electrical systems
• Emissions & aftertreatment (DPF, DEF, SCR)
• Engine rebuilds & driveline systems
• OEM & advanced diagnostic software

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 7+ years heavy-duty diesel experience
• Proven master-level diagnostic ability
• Strong electrical & aftertreatment knowledge
• ASE, OEM, or equivalent certifications preferred
• Own professional-grade tools
• Leadership mindset with zero ego
