Receive inbound shipments from carriers according to company procedures.
Verify shipment quantities, product descriptions, lot / serial numbers, and condition against packing lists and purchase orders.
Inspect freight for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
Accurately enter receiving information into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Label and identify inventory according to customer and warehouse requirements.
Stage, organize, and put away inventory using proper storage methods.
Maintain accurate inventory records and work closely with inventory control, quality assurance, and the operations teams to ensure accurate inventory records.
Assist with performing cycle counts.
Material Handling / Outbound Support
Transport inventory throughout the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
Replenish pick locations to ensure outbound orders can be fulfilled efficiently.
Fulfill client’s orders by picking outbound order request.
Stage products for shipping and assist with processing outbound orders.
Support picking, packing, wrapping, and palletizing as operational needs require.
Assist in inventory transfers between warehouse locations.
General Warehouse Duties
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
Follow all OSHA and company safety policies.
Communicate inventory issues, shortages, or damaged goods to supervisors.
Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.
Support cross-functional warehouse operations as needed.
Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Other Skills & Abilities
Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer skills.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred.
1–3 years of warehouse, receiving, or material handling experience, preferably in a 3PL environment.
Experience operating cherry pickers, reach trucks and other powered industrial equipment (willingness to become certified).
Previous experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse.
Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.
Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, and inventory rotation practices.
Experience using handheld RF scanners and barcode technology.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
Job will require punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location.
