Material Management Specialist IV - F20D

Annual Salary: $46,560.94 + Full State Employee Benefits

Travel is OCCASIONAL - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.

Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of four (4) years experience in stock handling, warehousing, and inventory control; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Back up to the Mail Center Manager, assists with the management of the daily operations of the mail center and it's staff,
• Operates and trains staff on all mail equipment used.
• Supervises mail staff and daily Mail Center operations.
• Oversee sorting and distribution of agency mail.
• Examines, audits, verifies incoming Certified mail and accountable for accuracy.
• Redirects destination distribution for quality.
• Supervise the daily pick up of all the agencies postal service mail from the USPS OKC. PD&C and MLK post office.
• Coordinates mail training for all agency staff, maximizes effective Centralized Mail process practices, continuous training on USPS, FedEx and Pitney Bowes equipment and processes.
