Key Responsibilities:

✅ Coach & Support Teachers – Provide instructional coaching to enhance math instruction, integrate Montessori principles, and align with SC State Standards.
✅ Data-Driven Instruction – Assist teachers in using assessment data to inform instruction and support student success.
✅ Professional Development – Lead engaging professional development sessions, co-teach, and model best practices in mathematics instruction.
✅ Collaborative Lesson Planning – Support teachers in Extended Collaborative Planning Time (ECPT) to develop rigorous, engaging, and integrated math lessons.
✅ Student Engagement – Work with small groups of students as needed to support intervention and enrichment.
✅ Curriculum Development – Ensure alignment with Montessori Scope & Sequence and state standards while incorporating hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences.
✅ School-Wide Math Initiatives – Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement school-wide strategies to foster a strong mathematical foundation for all students.
