Job Description - Mature Caregiver

Home Care Assistance of Albuquerque is an award-winning senior home care provider (Home Care Provider of Choice 10 years) that has served Albuquerque area seniors since 2007. We offer:

$15.00 to $19.00 an hour
$205 per Live-In shift
Holiday pay at 1.5x rate
Direct deposit available
Full and part-time schedules and weekly overtime opportunities (1.5x rate)

Our Clients need assistance with day-to-day activities, such as:

Personal care
Preparing meals and special diets
Movement and proper body mechanics
General housekeeping tasks
Transportation to and from activities
Grocery shopping
Toileting

We are looking for people with great attitudes and the following qualifications:

Compassion for our senior and disabled clients
1 to 2 years of professional caregiving experience
20 years of age or older
Ability to transfer up to 150 pounds with the use of assistive devices
Reliable vehicle with current insurance and registration and a valid driver's license
Strong communication skills
Three professional references
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a drug screen and background check
