Full Time, 7am to 3:30pm, Monday - Friday with overtime and second shift during peak season

Minimum starting salary: $18.50 an hour

You are eligible for two pay raises within the first year of employment.

MBI, Inc., one of the nation’s leading direct marketing companies, is hiring full-time associates for our 200,000 sq. ft. fulfillment center in Torrington, CT.

Our team is responsible for preparing and shipping products (jewelry, ornaments, home décor and much more) directly to customers across the country—and we take pride in doing it right. If you’re reliable, motivated, and ready to join a team that supports each other, we’d love to meet you.

Positions Available In:

• Shipping


• Packaging


• Personalizing Products – This role uses laser engraving and heat transfer equipment to add custom touches (initials, anniversary dates) to products. If you are comfortable using a computer to navigate various software programs – we encourage you to apply (no special certification or advanced skills needed—we’ll train you!).
