Mechanic

Blunier Builders, Inc. is a growing construction company located in Eureka, IL searching for a motivated, mechanic to join our team.  We have a large range of equipment, vehicles, and tools used in the three different divisions of our business that all require maintenance and repairs.  This position would involve a great amount of variety where every day will be different from the next.  Some specific responsibilities include :

• general maintenance of equipment & vehicle fleet


• diagnosing & repairing equipment and vehicles


• service calls to job sites


• power tool repairs as well as ordering and managing parts.

Qualifications:

• strong mechanical and electrical skills


• exceptional analytic & diagnostic skills


• intermediate computer skills


• welding & cutting torch skills


• must be a self-motivated, team player, and have the ability to multi-task 

We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, a valid driver's license and clean driving record and must have the ability to lift heavy objects and crawl under vehicles.  Some evening and weekend work required.
