Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, vehicles, and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on diesel equipment
- Repair or replace faulty parts, components, or systems
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

- Welding experience is not mandatory but helpful

- Knowledge of hydraulic and pump systems is helpful

- Knowledge on working on asphalt equipment( sealcoat, striping, crack seal, paving) a plus

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team                                                                                      - Use our systems to create and close work orders, maintain DVIRs, credit card/purchasing receipts
