Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer – 

Client Company is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join its growing engineering team in Springtown, Texas. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through production while working closely with manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and company leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom pump packages and fluid handling equipment.


• Create 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and Bills of Material using SolidWorks.


• Support new product development from concept through production.


• Collaborate with manufacturing to improve product quality, manufacturability, and efficiency.


• Participate in prototype development, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous product improvement.


• Work directly with customers and vendors to develop practical engineering solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.


• 3+ years of mechanical design or product development experience.


• Proficiency with SolidWorks (or similar 3D CAD software).


• Experience with fabricated equipment, rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, or industrial machinery is preferred.


• Knowledge of GD&T, BOM development, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturability.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, hands-on environment.
