Mechanical Engineer – Denver, Colorado

DISHER is currently partnering with an architecture and engineering firm that specializes in the food and beverage industry and is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will work on entire systems and build direct relationships with the clients.

• Prepare and design food processing systems with detailed construction documents, equipment sizing, system design and specification
• Develop and implement expertise in a wide variety of complex and high efficiency mechanical systems
• Create and maintain positive relationships of trust with clients regarding your area of expertise
• Collaborate with design team and process engineering consultants to design world class facilities
• Become a subject matter expert in food and beverage processing systems

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• EIT or PE license
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Passionate about designing for the food and beverage industries
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Understand and embody a client-service attitude
• Intellectual curiosity, willingness to learn and desire to be challenged and grow
• HVAC systems design and food and beverage production process design a plus
