Mechanical (Plumbing, Piping, HVAC) Project Manager position in CA

We are a large mechanical contractor that specializes in Plumbing, Piping and HVAC projects throughout California.

Responsibilities of Mechanical (Plumbing, Piping, HVAC) Project Manager:

• Build/Strengthen our relationship with General Contractors and Owners


• Manage one or multiple commercial mechanical projects


• Meet with our on-site Superintendents, Foreman, Safety Managers and Sub-Contractors


• Coordinate schedule, budget, and change orders


• Communicate with Detailers, Purchasing Department, Suppliers, and Engineers.


• Identify upcoming and future projects


• Finish projects on-time and under-budget and exceed owner and general contractor requirements

Requirements for Mechanical (Plumbing, Piping, HVAC) Project Manager:

• 5 or more years of Mechanical Project Management experience


• Experience working on Commercial Plumbing, Piping and/or HVAC projects

Preferred:

• Bachelors Degree (Construction related)


• Prior field experience in Plumbing, Piping and/or HVAC 


• Construction Project Management experience


• Stable work-history
