Job Description - Mechanical Project Manager

Mechanical Project Manager position in Memphis, TN

Responsibilities:

Manage schedule, budget, change-orders

Review and ensure accuracy for estimates for upcoming projects

Meet with suppliers and sub-contractors

Attend BIM Coordination meetings with GC’s and Owners

Requirements:

3+ years of HVAC/Plumbing Project Management experience

Extensive Mechanical (HVAC/Plumbing) knowledge

Large project experience

Familiar with TN Plumbing/HVAC Building Codes

Stable work-history

Local or can easily relocate

Strong references
