Currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to fill an opening with a large Mechanical Contractor located in the Alameda County area. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Plumbing or Mechanical Project Management experience and knowledge of MS Project, MS Excel, BlueBeam.
 
Responsibilities for the Mechanical Project Manager

• Manage large Plumbing / HVAC Projects


• Build and strengthen relationships with our clients (both GC’s and Owners)


• Work with Foreman, Detailers, Estimators and Purchasers to ensure on-time and under-budget delivery on projects
                         

Requirements for the Mechanical Project Manager

• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or similar


• 5+ years of Plumbing or HVAC Project Management experience


• Knowledge of MS Project, MS Excel, BlueBeam preferred


• PE License


• LEED Certification


• Prior field experience
