Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager

Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager near Philadelphia, PA 

We are a growing mechanical contractor in the north-east.  We are a full-service, design-build contractor that works on small and large HVAC projects in NJ.  We have been around for over 60 years.  We are looking to add one additional Mechanical Project Manager/Estimator that can help us work on our current and future projects.  This is a permanent position, with career growth and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities for Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager: 

• Work on projects from conceptual to close-out


• Manage multiple projects at a time


• Handle Scheduling, Budgets, and Client & GC relationships


• Coordinate with other trades and crews in the field 

Requirements for Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager: 

• Prior Mechanical/HVAC Project Management/Estimating experience


• Familiarity with estimating, budgeting and client meetings


• Knowledgeable of NJ HVAC Codes and OSHA requirements 

Preferred: 

• Local in NJ


• Stable work-history


• Quickpen Estimating experience


• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or similar
