The MCS Operations department delivers infrastructure for both the managed care and fee-for-service delivery models within Texas Medicaid, one of the largest healthcare programs in the country, serving over 4 million Texans. MCS is driven by its mission to deliver high quality, cost-effective services to Texans.

Support leadership with insights on progress, resource impacts, timelines, and operational readiness. Provide structured, decision ready information to governance bodies to support prioritization and tradeoffs.

(15%) Stakeholder Engagement & Organizational Change. Partner with executive leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to align PMO activities with organizational priorities. Support organizational change management by embedding structured processes into project delivery. Promote adoption of PMO practices across business and technology teams.
