Passport Health - Medical Administrative Assistant Passport Health is looking for a dependable, adaptable Medical Assistant / Administrative Support professional to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with patients, supporting clinic operations, and being part of a team where flexibility and a willingness to help are important. This position will work across two primary clinic locations, providing consistent weekday coverage and supporting both patient-facing and operational needs. Schedule & Location:
- Full-time, up to 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Start times may vary based on clinic needs, so flexibility with start times is required
- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday: Primary clinic location
- Thursday and Friday: Secondary clinic location
- No regular weekend requirement
What You'll Do: As a Medical Assistant / Administrative Support team member, you will help ensure our clinics run smoothly while providing a positive experience for every patient. Responsibilities may include:
- Assist with patient check-in, registration, and administrative processes
- Prepare patients for appointments and provide clinical support within the scope of the role
- Assist providers and clinic staff with day-to-day patient care
- Maintain accurate patient and clinic records
- Support scheduling, phone calls, and other administrative needs
- Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional clinic environment
- Support clinic operations beyond direct patient care when needed
- Work effectively across two clinic locations and adapt to changing daily needs
- Follow company policies, clinical procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Passport Health professionally
What We're Looking For: We are looking for someone who is reliable, flexible, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of their work. The ideal candidate:
- Has previous Medical Assistant, healthcare, clinical, or administrative experience
- Is comfortable working directly with patients
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Is organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Can work independently while also contributing to a team
- Is comfortable traveling between the two assigned clinic locations during the workweek
- Is willing to adjust start times when clinic needs require it
- Takes initiative and is willing to help wherever needed
- Provides a positive, professional patient experience
