Job Description - Medical Assistant OBGYN | 4-Day Work Week | No Weekends

Join our collaborative Women's Health clinical team! We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced specialty practice.

Schedule & Benefits:

4-day work week (4 x 10-hour shifts)

No weekends

No holidays

$500 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities:

Prepare patients for exams and procedures

Obtain and document vital signs

Update patient records in EMR

Assist providers with in-office procedures

Process lab specimens

Manage prescription refill requests as directed

Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms

Perform proper instrument sterilization

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Current Certified Medical Assistant or LPN/RN license

1-2 years clinical experience working as an MA, LPN, or RN preferred
- EMR experience
- Knowledge of HIPPA, OSHA, and Universal Precautions for blood borne pathogens
- Medical terminology
- Vital Signs

CPR certification

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Dependable and professional

OBGYN or Women’s Health experience preferred but not required
