Medical Assistant or Certified Nurse Aide Rural Health Clinic (Full-Time)

Clay County Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant or Certified Nurse Aide to join our Rural Health Clinic team. This full-time position supports a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner, helping deliver high-quality care to patients in our family medicine clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

· Room patients and obtain vital signs, assessments, and other relevant clinical information

· Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up care

· Answer phones and relay messages professionally and accurately

· Assist with clinical documentation and manage patient forms

· Provide day-to-day clinical and administrative support to the provider

· Maintain a calm, professional demeanor to protect patient privacy and promote positive health outcomes

Requirements:

· Certified as a CNA, Medical Aide, or Medical Assistant (must be in good standing in Kansas)

· Prior clinic experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Commitment to confidentiality and a welcoming, patient-centered environment

· Proficient with basic computer tasks and electronic medical records
