Medical Assistant / Physician Practices

At Schneck, we are committed to supporting career growth and professional development. All newly hired Medical Assistant participate in our MA Career Pathway Program (Cohort), a structured 3-month clinical education experience including, both classroom learning and hands-on clinical work.

This program also serves as a comprehensive orientation, helping you understand the importance of the MA role and how it supports the culture established here at Schneck. The curriculum includes structured classroom instruction, clinical skill development, and guided practice.

At the conclusion of the program, participants will sit for the Medical Assistant Certification Exam and move into a Medical Assistant role within the organization.

Participation in this program is connected to employment with Schneck and not offered as a standalone education course. Applicants must apply and complete the standard hiring process. As this is a highly competitive position, we encourage interested candidates to apply early.

A two-year employment commitment to Schneck is required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION
Minimum:  High school diploma or GED/HSE accredited by the State Board of Education
Preferred:  Completion of accredited Certified Medical Assistant Program

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
CPR required.

EXPERIENCE
Preferred:  1-2 years experience in physician office.
