Medical Billing Representative

ARSI® is accepting applications for a Medical Billing Representative within our Medical Billing Resources (“MBR”) division in both or our Dodge City location. We are looking for full-time team members to further our mission to deliver exceptional service and performance by responding immediately to our client's needs and viewing our organization as an extension of our client's business, and working with consumers to resolve account balances.

New Hire Class starts 01/08/2025!

Responsibilities and qualifications for the position include, but are not limited to:

• Provide outstanding customer service, answering client and consumer questions
• Inbound and outbound calls with consumers to discuss their accounts, including negotiating payment plans
• Analyze account information and answer consumer, client or internal questions
• Maintain consumer accounts and follow up on insurance and third party liability
• Knowledge of healthcare billing processes, including understanding of insurances is a huge plus
• Phone Experience is required
• Bilingual(Spanish) is a plus!

No experience with our systems is necessary - will train!
