Position: Medical Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$180/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs for clinical reasoning and ensure alignment with medical guidelines.
• Develop and write cases from personal practice, including presentation, workup, and constraints.
• Grade model outputs against reference answers to improve AI model performance.
• Identify discrepancies between textbook recommendations and real-world applications.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines and improve AI model accuracy.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• A clinical credential and professional experience in a health profession.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguous tasks and willingness to flag unclear instructions.
