JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: Board Certified in Oncology
Licenses: Active Michigan Medical License
Certifications: BLS
Other Qualifications: Clean Malpractice and License History; NPDB self-query required

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient medical oncology care to adult patients.
Manage chemotherapy and biologic therapy regimens.
Evaluate and treat various solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.
Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team including radiation oncology, surgery, and supportive services.
Document patient encounters and treatment plans in Epic EHR.
