Credentialing Timeline: 90+ days

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: Board Certified
Licenses: Licensed in WA or Universal License (IMLC)
DEA: Required
Certifications: BLS
Experience: Experienced in Oncology clinic

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide full-time Oncology coverage in clinic, treatment center, and hospital settings.
Manage patient infusions and monitor for infusion reactions.
Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR.
