In this role, you'll support all areas of the Medical Records Department by maintaining, processing, and retrieving patient information to ensure timely, accurate access for internal and external customers. You'll play a vital role in protecting the integrity of patient records while delivering exceptional service and supporting efficient healthcare operations.

What You'll Do:

• Assist all areas of the Medical Records Department with processing, maintaining, and retrieving patient information.
  • Ensure medical records are handled accurately, securely, and in accordance with departmental procedures.
  • Provide timely support to internal and external customers requesting patient information.
  • Maintain confidentiality while supporting efficient workflow and high-quality customer service.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Six months of medical records experience is preferred.
  • Ability to articulate and understand verbal communication and read and write at a minimum high school level is required.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology is preferred.
