Title: Medical Records Technician 
Location: Colchester, VT

Job Summary

Provide administrative and records management support for medical case management operations supporting military readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize Soldier medical records
• Upload, track, and validate medical documentation
• Enter and update data in MEDCHART, MEDPROS, and related systems
• Ensure records are complete and audit-ready
• Support monthly reporting and case tracking
• Coordinate document flow with providers and case managers
• Ensure compliance with Army medical record regulations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in medical records, health admin, or HIM
• Knowledge of HIPAA and records handling
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Preferred

• Experience with military medical systems
• RHIT/RHIA or similar certification
