Medical Sales Ops. Manager

Your Tasks

• Field Training and Capability Building: Coordinate and lead the rollout of Eucerin Way of Detailing training, including National Sales Meeting workshops, and Eucerin Way of Mentoring training for Regional Sales Managers (RSMs). Implement strategies, tools, and resources that enable RSMs to manage field activity, coach effectively, and improve performance. Provide ongoing coordination and support for training delivered in partnership with Sales Force Leasing.


• HCP Targeting and Segmentation: Coordinate and lead the rollout of segmentation studies and revised dermatologist target lists in partnership with IQVIA. Support the development and timely deployment of updated target lists to Dermatology Sales Representatives (DSRs) in NA


• Field Technology and Platform Enablement: Serve as the NA subject matter expert for IQMED Marketing, IQVIA, ProVoice, Close-Up, and related platforms. Coordinate IQMED support through global stakeholders and lead the future rollout and DSR/RSM training for the CareForce platform.


• Analytics and Performance Reporting: Manage monthly ProVoice reporting and stakeholder coordination, including liaison with key internal and external partners. Develop and distribute monthly recommendation-share reports, rankings, and individual performance insights that enable RSMs to identify opportunities, manage performance, and drive field action. Provide ad hoc ProVoice analysis to the Sr. Director, Medical Management and RSMs.


• Field Effectiveness, Compliance, and ROI: Plan, coordinate, and execute IQMED tracking of DSR performance and compliance. Manage and support DSR compliance KPIs, including reach and frequency and activity-plan execution, and ensure KPI frameworks are tied to ROI targets, medical brand awareness and engagement, dermatologist tracking outcomes, and IQMED performance measures.


• Data Integration and Insight Generation: Facilitate the introduction of external data sets, such as congress attendee lists, into IQMED to measure activity-plan compliance. Support the measurement and analysis of point-of-sale trends by region and identify opportunities to improve data integration, automate workflows.


• Incentive Compensation and Performance Management: Manage the relationship with Mercer and support the semiannual development of the DSR incentive compensation plan. Incorporate feedback from the Sr. Director, finalize plan documents, and coordinate rollout to RSMs and DSRs. Calculate DSR incentive compensation payouts in partnership with HR and support the annual DSR performance evaluation and calibration process.


• Operational and Vendor Management: Manage field operations, external partnerships, and support services that enable the effectiveness of the Medical Management Team.


• Strategic and Cross-Functional Support: Partner with Global Medical Operations to align systems, processes, reporting standards, and operational best practices across markets. Provide strategic and analytical support to the Sr. Director, Medical Management, and lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation, including pilot programs such as the Walgreens retail initiative, that enhance field effectiveness, operational capabilities, and business performance.


• Market and Field Force Strategy: Maintain an ongoing understanding of the dermatology market, HCP engagement trends, competitor field force models, and emerging best practices in medical sales and operations. Translate insights into recommendations for territory design, resource allocation, HCP coverage, engagement strategy, and the future structure and effectiveness of the medical field organization.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.


• 5+ years of experience in medical operations, sales operations, business analytics, field force effectiveness, commercial operations, healthcare analytics, or related roles.


• Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, reporting, and translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.


• Experience with IQVIA, ProVoice, IQMed, CRM platforms, business intelligence tools, or similar field operations systems strongly preferred.


• Strong understanding of HCP targeting, segmentation, territory planning, and field force optimization methodologies.


• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, collaborate effectively with local and global Medical, Marketing and R&D teams, influence stakeholders, and drive operational improvements.


• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training, translate analytical insights into field-facing tools and resources, and drive adoption of new processes and platforms.


• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both field teams and senior leadership.


• Experience evaluating emerging technologies, data integration opportunities, AI applications, and process automation solutions preferred.

Base Salary Range:  $132,000 - $170,000 base salary

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills and other factors.
