Title: Registered Nurse

Facility: Long Term Care/Nursing Home

Shifts: All shifts available either 8 or 12s

Responsibilities but not limited to the following:

• Provides professional nursing care to assigned patients in a long-term care facility. 
• Records patient histories, performs various diagnostic tests, administers medications
• Develops patient long-term care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals.

• Two years Registered Nurse acute care experience required
• Active Applicable State Licensure
• American Heart Association issued BLS and ACLS
