Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized nursing care for medical and surgical patient populations utilizing the complete nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation).
• Adhere strictly to professional nursing standards, institutional protocols, and state regulatory guidelines.
• Manage patient care assignments efficiently within a structured, maximum 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.
• Provide highly personalized, patient-centered care to build strong therapeutic relationships and improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure safe, quality patient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher (Bachelor of Science in Nursing / BSN preferred).
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Kansas OR a valid Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) multi-state license.
• Certification: Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from either the American Red Cross (ARC BLS) or the American Heart Association (AHA BLS).
• Experience: Open to experienced nurses as well as New Graduates seeking a structured environment to launch their nursing careers.
