Medicare Billing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medicare Billing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Medicare billing process from claim submission through payment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit Medicare claims accurately and in a timely manner.


• Monitor outstanding claims and follow up on unpaid, denied, or rejected claims.


• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, claim denials, and payment issues.


• Post payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate billing records.


• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits as needed.


• Communicate with Medicare representatives, patients, and internal staff regarding billing inquiries.


• Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations, billing guidelines, and company policies.


• Maintain organized documentation and assist with month-end billing and reporting.
