Medspa Coordinator

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Candidates from Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Fountain Hills, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Rio Verde, and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.)

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional weekend availability (up to 40 hours per week). Flexible scheduling.

Compensation: $18–$23/hour (based on experience) + performance-based bonus

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Medspa Coordinator to join our growing aesthetics and wellness practice in Phoenix. This is more than a traditional front desk role—you'll be a key part of creating an exceptional client experience while helping drive the growth and success of the practice.

As the first and last point of contact for our clients, you'll play an essential role in scheduling appointments, building client relationships, promoting memberships and treatment packages, and supporting daily clinic operations. What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and create a warm, professional first impression.


• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and client communications.


• Answer phones, emails, and text inquiries promptly and professionally.


• Educate clients on memberships, treatment packages, promotions, and services.


• Help achieve clinic goals through membership sales, rebooking, and client retention.


• Process payments and maintain accurate client records.


• Coordinate provider schedules and support daily clinic operations.


• Resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.


• Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver an outstanding client experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a medical spa, aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare environment is required.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.


• Comfortable discussing memberships, packages, and treatment recommendations.


• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.


• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.


• Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.


• Professional, dependable, and accountable.


• Comfortable working toward performance goals and KPIs, including client retention, membership sales, and rebooking.
