Making it look easy is a tough job, though. We burn the midnight oil on a regular basis and we go above and beyond each day. Consider us the Navy SEALS of customer service :-)




 

Required:



  • Has been on a Grouper

  • College graduate

  • Grace under pressure

  • Quick witted and playful

  • Monster of a multitasker

  • Born problem solver


Preferred:



  • Awesome accent

  • Customer Service experience

  • Startup experience

  • Love of technology
