Member Service Representative (MSR)

Are you passionate about helping people and providing exceptional customer service? Interior Federal Credit Union is seeking friendly, knowledgeable, and service-driven Member Service Representatives for a full-time or part-time opportunities. In this role, you'll assist members with their financial needs, process transactions, open accounts, support loan applications, and provide solutions that help members achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist members and potential members with account inquiries, transactions, and service requests through multiple communication channels.


• Open new accounts, process account maintenance requests, and support loan application activities.


• Resolve member concerns professionally while delivering exceptional service and building strong member relationships.


• Promote and educate members on Credit Union products and services while ensuring compliance with all Credit Union policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.


• Experience: Three to five years of similar or related customer service, banking, financial services, or retail experience.


• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the Internet, and familiarity with mobile apps, online banking, and social media.
