Member Services Representative Shift Lead

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring member satisfaction.

• Conduct personalized site tours for potential members, showcasing club features and benefits.

• Create awareness of the Center through community outreach and engagement activities.

• Promote club services to new and prospective members to grow profit centers.

• Support membership retention efforts by fostering strong member engagement and relationships.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team and overall operations.

Qualifications:

• At least one year in a customer service role.

• Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and personable.

• Strong ability to multitask, self-direct, and achieve goals.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished phone manner.

• Capable of connecting with, inspiring, and motivating others.

• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.

• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $16.45 - $17.75/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
