Men's Sales Associate

Position Summary:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalized shopping experience to clients and customers while driving sales of high-end designer apparel and accessories for both men and women. A strong passion for fashion, impeccable styling ability, and a deep understanding of luxury clientele are essential to this role. An overriding commitment to outstanding customer service is also required. The Sales Associate must also have the ability to forge long-lasting positive relationships with clients as an outgrowth of outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding personalized service to clients and customers through one-on-one consultations, styling advice, and wardrobe curation.


• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance.


• Build lasting client relationships by maintaining detailed client records and conducting regular outreach and follow-ups.


• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, designers, and brand awareness across both men's and women's luxury collections.


• Maintain store visual standards, ensuring merchandise is beautifully presented at all times.


• Handle transactions with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring client confidentiality and security.


• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and receiving of new collections.


• Support team members in daily operations and maintain a positive, collaborative environment.


• Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality, discretion, and service.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in both men's and women's fashion.


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


• Strong styling skills and deep understanding of luxury fashion and customer expectations.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.


• Ability to work weekends and some holidays is required


• Proficiency with POS systems and clientelling tools (e.g., CRM software).


• Ability to stand for long periods of time


• Carry up to 10 lbs.
