We are searching for a talented Mental Health Associate

Hours: Per Diem   

Shift: Day/Evening shift with weekend and holiday rotation; 7:30am - 4:00pm or 3:30pm - 12:00am

Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

• Equal to completion of 4 years of high school plus the completion of additional courses/training in community health work or behavioral health is required.
• Bachelors degree preferred. Culturally competent with solid knowledge of the communities being served. Demonstrated ability to perform as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Must have basic competency with documentation and computer skills.
• Community Health Worker and/or Recovery Coach certification preferred, as is experience with EMR in medical settings, and Bilingual skills.

• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired. 

   

• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
