At Mindfully, our mission is to promote and provide comprehensive, convenient access to quality mental health care that is affordable, progressive, and personalized.
We are seeking LPCC and IMFT Supervisors to provide clinical and billing supervision for LPCs, LMFTs, and interns while maintaining a small caseload of at least 4–5 clients per week. This is a hybrid position, with opportunities to work both virtually and from our Marion, OH office. If you are passionate about mentoring clinicians and supporting quality client care, we'd love to hear from you.
We offer a private practice setting while doing the heavy lifting for you. You became a mental health clinician to make a difference in other people’s lives, not to manage books, insurance contracts, credentialing, facilities upkeep, and all the other details that come with running a business.
Our private practice offers autonomy and independence while maintaining a sense of community, and our Mindfully Academy provides training opportunities in different modalities and specializations, such as DBT, EMDR/Trauma, child/Adolescent, SUD, Couples/IFS/Emotion Focused/Gottman and much more.

Supervisor Compensation:
· $100 per payroll - granted to clinical supervisors for each supervisee.
Caseload Compensation for Supervising Clinician:
· $43 to $47 per client hour depending on caseload.
