Position Summary
This position is based out of the Geraldine E King Women’s Resource Center (GEK) which is a 200 bed women’s emergency shelter. Under the direct supervision of the GEK Program Director, provide therapeutic services to women out of the GEK via crisis intervention, Brief therapy, and on-floor support. This position assists with providing daily program oversight including management of clinical and/or non-clinical staff; clinical oversight for case management, peer support specialists, and program services, as needed; and provide a safe and nurturing environment for clients in accordance with licensing, agency and contract standards. This position will also assist with clinical program development and community networking as needed. In alignment with our mission, VOA, Utah encourages individuals with lived experience to apply.
