Position Needs:
We are currently seeking a couple of independently licensed Social Workers or independently licensed Counselors for our Marion, OH location.

• Part-time or full-time opportunities available 

Qualifications:

• Current, valid independent license to practice as a clinician in the state of Ohio 
• Ability to work in-office at our Marion, OH location (with hybrid flexibility) 
• Comfortable with a part-time 1099 contractor role 

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay: $40–$47/hour (based on license type, experience, and caseload) 
• Additional Stipends: 
  • Tenure stipend for full caseload maintenance 
  • Monthly supervisor stipend (for eligible clinicians)
