Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for Colorado clinical supervisors who can support mental health professionals with practical guidance and professional encouragement. This role is for supervisors who know how to balance clinical standards with a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
• Guide supervisees through documentation, ethics, and treatment planning
• Support growth in clinical judgment and professional identity
• Follow Colorado supervision requirements
• Maintain clear expectations and records

• Active Colorado clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include LMFT, LPC, Psychologist, or LCSW
• Must be eligible to supervise under Colorado requirements
• Experience mentoring clinicians preferred
