As an MHRT, you'll support adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses as they live meaningful, independent lives.

Your days might include:

• Going on community outings


• Helping someone achieve personal goals


• Supporting daily living skills


• Sharing laughs and building relationships


• Encouraging independence and confidence


• Being a positive part of someone's day

Who We're Looking For

You are:

• At least 18 years old


• A high school graduate or have a GED


• Reliable and compassionate


• Ready to learn and grow


• Able to pass background and driving checks


• In possession of a valid Maine driver's license and reliable transportation

Most importantly, you care about helping others succeed.
