As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW),Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) to join our multidisciplinary team and make a positive impact in the lives of our patients.
Position Summary
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide counseling and behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is compassionate, clinically skilled, and committed to delivering high-quality care while collaborating with medical and behavioral health professionals.
This position offers the opportunity to work within an integrated healthcare model where mental health providers play a vital role in supporting whole-person wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and supervision as required
Educate patients and families regarding mental health treatment and wellness strategies
Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and all applicable licensing regulations
Qualifications
Active license in Mississippi
Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively within a team-based healthcare environment
Preferred
Experience providing outpatient mental health services
Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems
