Threshold Rehabilitation services, Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Worker to assist with the continuing implementation of a Residential Treatment Facility for young adults in Berks County. The program provides a comprehensive, collaborative, continuum-of-care service model that addresses the needs of the population from a person-centered perspective and is strength based, recovery-oriented and focused on positive practices.

Several full-time positions are available, first and second shift.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, nursing, education, or rehabilitation counseling.
• Computer knowledge is a must
• Experience working with individuals with a mental health diagnosis is a plus
• Valid PA Driver's License
• PA Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Use of vehicle while working with valid registration and insurance coverage indicating you are an insured driver
• Pre-employment Drug Screen
• PA Criminal History Clearance
• FBI Clearance (if candidate has not been a resident of PA for the past two consecutive years)
