Position: Flat Rate

Qualifications: Mercedes-Benz Certified Technician preferred, ASE certification a plus.

Responsibilities Include:

Efficiently perform repair work according to dealership standards.

Utilize diagnostic tools to test and diagnose vehicle systems.

Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers regarding repairs.

Provide accurate estimates for additional services.

Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
